Hrvoje Stipić

Hrvoje is a partner in the Advisory Services team in the Croatian office. He has specialized in M&A projects for corporate and venture capital buyers.

With big four” experience, Hrvoje joined BDO in 2008. He has also completed MBA program at ESCP Europe business school.

Hrvoje has been advising Croatian and international corporations in more than 200 projects. He dealt with companies from 10 different countries. His engagement includes, among other, strategy development and strategic planning, performance of detailed internal and external business subject analysis, mergers and takeovers, financial and accounting operations, business and financial restructuring.
