BDO Croatia d.o.o. history

REVIZIJA ZAGREB d.o.o. was founded in 1993 when the first audit law passed in Croatia and under current legislation it is licensed to perform auditing, tax and financial consulting and bookkeeping services.

On 2 January 2008, REVIZIJA ZAGREB d.o.o. became a member of BDO Group and change its name to BDO REVIZIJA ZAGREB d.o.o.

By obtaining the global nature of BDO, the Croatian practice can be ranked among the experts of any BDO office around the globe.

At the end of 2009 BDO Group adopted a new corporate identity and company BDO Revizija Zagreb accordingly changed its name to BDO Croatia d.o.o.

In 2010, BDO Croatia served more than 250 continuing clients, out of which more than 25% represent international clients.

BDO Croatia employs forty (40) employees and cooperates with local audit companies and numerous of BDO member firms. Employees of the company have years of experience in auditing, tax and advisory services obtained based on many years of trainings by standards of major international auditing and consulting firms. Twelve (12) certified auditors hold audit certificates obtained through examination by the Croatian Association of Auditors (HUR) or Croatian Chamber of Auditors.

At the end of 2010, BDO Croatia also established audit companies in Kosovo, Pristina with the cooperation of local firm AAT Consulting and in Albania, Tirana with the cooperation of local firm PBM Sh.p.k.
